The Chocolate Skunk is known for its pleasant smell even with its skunky undertone. Its THC content is high and may be too strong for beginners. It was created by crossing Chocolope and Skunk. Skunk #1 is the child of Afghani, Acapulco Gold and Colombian Gold. It's almost an even split with sativa and indica leaning slightly on the indica side. The THC content is 19% with a CBD content of 1%. It has great relaxing characteristics but not sedative. Skunk has a pungent smell which passed on to its prodigy. The flower is Christmas tree-shaped with green leaves, a dust of white crystals, and orange hairs.

Skunk #1 can be grown indoors and outdoors, medium size in warm and sunny outdoor climate. Indoor growing takes 8 to 9 weeks yielding 18oz per square meter. Plants grown outdoors need to be harvested by mid-October yielding 16oz per plant. Skunk is resistant to common molds and mildew, but the resistance lowers towards the end of its growth.

Growing Chocolate Skunk

Chocolate Skunk is for moderate growers and needs a little more attention than other strains. They grow tall and must be watched so they won't result in a plant too tall to continue its growth session. This is important when grown indoors. It's grown best in an ideal environment. This strain is resistant to molds and mildew.

Chocolate Skunk can be grown both indoors and outdoors. Indoor growing takes 50-55 days yielding 13oz per square meter. Plants grown outdoors need to be harvested by mid-October and with varying yields per plant.
